My Jannah App is designed to support remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and spiritual consistency. We aim to collect the minimum amount of data required to provide app functionality.

Important: If your store listing targets children under 13, you must provide a privacy policy. This policy is written to support transparency and common app store requirements.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • We do not require personal information (such as your name, email, or phone number) unless you voluntarily provide it or you use optional account features.
  • If sign-in/account features exist, we may store basic account identifiers needed to authenticate you.

b) App Data and Usage Data

  • Tasbeeh counts, progress, streaks, goals, and preferences (to enable app features).
  • Basic interaction events (e.g., feature usage) for reliability and improvement.

c) Device / Technical Information

  • Device type, operating system version, app version, language, and similar diagnostics.
  • Crash or performance logs if enabled by your platform/settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide core features (tasbeeh counter, progress tracking, streaks, and rewards).
  • Sync and restore your progress (if you use account/cloud features).
  • Maintain performance, debug issues, and improve stability.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the app.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your data.


3. Children’s Privacy

My Jannah App may be used by children under 13.

  • We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
  • We do not allow behavioral advertising targeting children.
  • We do not share children’s data with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
